HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene), also known as PS (Polystyrene) blister inserts are a thermoplastic material, used for applications in food and pharmaceutical packaging. It offers convenient processing, high impact strength, and rigidity. HIPS is impact and heat resistant making it exceptionally convenient for molding to the shape of your products. Available in a clear or cloudy finish, HIPS is used across a wide range of industries for its durability and cost efficiency for blister inserts.

Prototyping

For all orders, we recommend to go through a prototyping & sampling process to ensure that all specifications are met before moving forward to the mass production order. At this stage, any changes can be made based on your initial prototype/sample to ensure your mass production order is to your expectations.
