Venture
Hello Adorn is a handmade jewelry brand based in Wisconsin that has grown its business from a culture of happiness. As the brand prepared for a full identity refresh, its packaging needed to express that culture at every touchpoint, from the delivery doorstep to the jewelry reveal.
A jewelry rebrand is more than just a new logo; it is a complete reset of the customer experience, and packaging carries much of that weight. Managing packaging is a full-time job and layering it onto a rebrand can be overwhelming for most teams. Beyond execution, the new packaging must land as a coherent brand statement that complements the jewelry it carries.
PakFactory took the burden off Hello Adorn's plate with our packaging expertise. From the first brief through final delivery, we owned the sourcing, the color matching, the quality control, and the freight, running every moving part from end to end. Hello Adorn simply needed to approve the samples and final proofs. Every other hassle, including vendor coordination, quality checks, and shipping, sat on our side, so their team could stay focused on the parts of the rebrand only they could do.
We locked the Hello Adorn brand color as a single physical Pantone reference and held all manufacturers to that same standard, so the same color reads true on the box's paper wrap and on the bubble mailer's PE film. The box and the mailer arrive as one coherent brand, not two approximations. The fitted foam insert was rebuilt with the velvet flocking and the engineered seat the jewelry deserves. We also specified a UV-resistant adhesive for the foam insert so the glue would not yellow over time. Technicalities like that are the difference between an ordinary vendor simply fulfilling an order, versus a reliable partner that truly solves possible issues for the years that follow.
For the final delivery, we coordinated a full truck load straight to Hello Adorn's downtown warehouse. Permits, loading dock confirmation, and the delivery window were all arranged on our side. The shipment arrived clean and on schedule, without any of the coordination headaches a downtown drop usually brings, and the launch week ran on the brand's calendar instead of the freight company's.
Hello Adorn launched the rebrand with a packaging that did exactly what jewelry packaging is supposed to do. It turned the delivery into part of the brand and the box into part of the product. The team got the rebrand they pictured without having to build a packaging operation from scratch, the mailer and the box read as one continuous brand moment from doorstep to reveal, and the unboxing carries the same care customers feel in the jewelry itself.
