Hello Adorn
Raw Magic Chocolate makes super-nutritious raw chocolate, handcrafted in the brand's certified "Temple-Kitchen" by founder Danu Da Silva and family. With a product they believed in, the team wanted packaging that could tell its story and stand out the instant a shopper saw it.

Great chocolate still has to win the shelf, and Raw Magic Chocolate's wasn't getting the attention it deserved. The brand came to PakFactory to turn its intricate castle branding into a box, with three things to solve.

PakFactory was always accessible, professional, creative, and helpful. We loved our first prototype and had our full first order delivered promptly.

Founder at Raw Magic Chocolate
To make Raw Magic stand out, PakFactory's design team built a custom structural dieline shaped like the brand's castle, in the dark tones that match its artwork. Printed on offset and coated in gloss lamination, the finished box makes the artwork pop and turns the product into something a shopper notices instantly.
Getting that intricate structure right took close collaboration on the scores and cuts and the right paper weight. A 24 PT paperboard held the detailed shape crisply while staying easy to assemble, so the elaborate design could actually be produced at quality, not just drawn.
The box was engineered to work two ways, converting into a display for trade shows and retail shelves, then serving as storage for the chocolate at home. It opens easily so customers can reach the bars without damaging the box, and its vertical shape keeps it compact on a crowded shelf.
The castle box became the brand's signature, so recognizable that its community now calls Raw Magic "the company with the castle boxes." The packaging is more vibrant and compact than before, more retailers keep reaching out, and a great chocolate finally looks the part on the shelf.
